About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Devon County Council. As a key member of our Children's Home team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and independence of children and young people
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans and support strategies
