We are seeking a passionate Department Lead to join our dedicated teams in Ipswich, covering Suffolk and Norfolk. As a key member of our Wellbeing Team and Therapies Team, you will play a vital role in making a difference in the lives of survivors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Wellbeing Department and Therapy Department in Ipswich, covering Suffolk and Norfolk
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the lives of survivors
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support services
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and care in all aspects of the department's work
