We're seeking a skilled Commercial Heating Engineer to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in installing low-carbon technology in customers' homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with our team to install low-carbon heating solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of heat pump installations, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to review and refine technical specifications and mechanical drawings.
  • Work closely with electricians to commission Air Source Heat Pumps, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Utilize your expertise in heating system design and fault-finding to deliver exceptional results.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a plumbing and heating engineer, with a strong background in heat pump installations.
  • Excellent knowledge of heating system design, fault-finding, and domestic hot and cold water systems.
  • Full UK driving license (no more than 6 points).
  • Availability for overtime and on-call shifts.
