We are a renowned international law firm with a strong presence in Manchester, UK. Our Human Resources team is expanding and we're looking for an exceptional Professional Qualifications Administrator.
Job Summary:This role involves overseeing the coordination of learning and development programs, including global professional qualifications and external courses.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise the Learning and Development administrator and provide guidance on their tasks.
- Coordinate the budget process for Learning and Development initiatives.
- Maintain learning and development communications using tools like Monday.com and the HR Intranet.
- Participate in partner and employee onboarding processes and facilitate welcome sessions.
- Produce regular reports on firm engagement in learning and other ad hoc reports.
- Manage the global professional qualification, membership, and external course process.
- Identify areas for improvement in the administration of learning and development programs.
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
