Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the coordination of learning and development programs, including global professional qualifications and external courses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Learning and Development administrator and provide guidance on their tasks.
  • Coordinate the budget process for Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Maintain learning and development communications using tools like Monday.com and the HR Intranet.
  • Participate in partner and employee onboarding processes and facilitate welcome sessions.
  • Produce regular reports on firm engagement in learning and other ad hoc reports.
  • Manage the global professional qualification, membership, and external course process.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the administration of learning and development programs.
What We Offer:
