About This RoleThis exciting opportunity involves serving as the primary contact for landlords and tenants across a portfolio of London properties. You will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, conducting property inspections, ensuring prompt payment of service charges, and pursuing rent arrears when necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of London properties, providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Process insurance claims efficiently, coordinating with loss adjusters and arranging estimates for successful claims resolution.
- Conduct regular property inspections, reporting findings to landlords and addressing any issues identified.
- Promptly process service charge and ground rent invoices, allocating funds as required.
- Pursue rent arrears and serve legal notices when necessary.
- A background in office settings with outstanding customer service abilities is desirable.
- Proficiency in professional English and Mandarin, along with robust customer service and administrative competencies, is required.
- Experience in a real estate agency would be preferable but not mandatory.
