We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a reputable Blue Chip Building Contractor, on their NHS and government new build and refurbishment projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of projects, with a value of £1 million to £10 million, and will have a strong background in top-tier contracting. Key responsibilities will include:
- Programming work schedules and monitoring building progress to ensure compliance with regulations and cost limitations.
- Managing site inductions, method statements, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permits to work.
- Logistics planning, plant and labour resources management, and progress meetings with site teams and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, previous experience working for a quality contractor, and a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects. If you are a motivated and experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge, please apply.
