Supporting Claims Management
As an Accommodation Assistants, you will play a crucial role in supporting M&CL Adjusters by coordinating appointments, managing claims instructions, and organizing information for reports and inquiries. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced Adjusters and Surveyors in the field, ensuring the efficient handling of complex claims.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage claims instructions and build strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate appointments and diary management, as well as handle instructions for emergency work.
  • Provide support with admin tasks, letters, reports, and technical queries.
  • Participate in projects and oversee caseloads in the absence of Adjusters.
