We are Centrica, a family of brands revolutionising a cleaner, greener future. Our Academy team is responsible for delivering end-to-end engineering learning programmes across Services & Solutions.
The Senior Gas Trainer will lead the learning delivery of Engineering programmes, ensuring employees demonstrate competence and comply with relevant legislation and industry codes of practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering technical and behavioural learning solutions that focus on customer experience and impact positively on British Gas and Centrica customers.
- Planning and delivering training schedules, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Ensuring learning delivery is compliant with awarding-body and Centrica quality frameworks and systems.
- Liaising with operational stakeholders and Academy teams to ensure programme delivery on time and on budget.
- Managing operational and regulatory risks, escalating as necessary.
- Leading by example in delivery, facilitation, and assessment methods, promoting a culture of fairness and equal access to learning.
- Reviewing learning evaluations and acting on feedback to improve delivery and facilitation.
