Community Neuro Specialist Therapist Opportunity

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity that requires a strong clinical knowledge of stroke rehabilitation, thorough clinical reasoning, and an awareness of stroke-specific guidelines. You will work collaboratively across the Suffolk Stroke Pathway, ensuring a seamless provision of stroke services from the acute hospital through the early supported discharge team service.
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, implementing evidence-based treatment programs, and evaluating patient progress. Your expertise will also be utilised in contributing to service developments, data collection, and the development of evidenced-based protocols and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients following a stroke
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service provision
