Waking Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our Mental Health service in Newham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our customers, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Build trusting relationships with customers and create a positive atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
- Conduct key work sessions to achieve Support Plan goals
- Ensure ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers
- Provide support with daily living activities, including practical assistance
- Support customers to maintain a healthy environment and assist with cleaning and personal hygiene
- Assist in the recording and reporting of customer incidents
- Manage customer referrals, complete assessments, and maintain relevant paperwork
- Support planning, including ward management liaison and medication reviews
- Proactively engage in learning and development activities to increase knowledge and skills
- Monitor and report on customer interactions, including escalation of concerns
