Rutherford Briant is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team as a Finance Business Partner. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to various departments across our global entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of production costs, comparing them with standard costs to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Assist in pricing decisions to ensure profitability, taking into account market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory valuation process, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of inventory costs, and monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and obsolescence.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor budget performance, providing variance analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements within the manufacturing process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives.

What You Will Get:

  • Competitive Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
