Part-time Care Support Worker Sleaford

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Part-time Care Support Worker to join our team in Sleaford. As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a genuine interest in caring for others. If you have a natural caring personality, are passionate about helping others, and want to make a positive difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
As a driver, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their own homes, providing personal care and support, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You will also have the opportunity to engage in companionship activities, such as taking clients out for walks or visits to local shops.
