Key Responsibilities
- Complete outbound B2B cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the UK.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients.
- Provide high levels of internal and external customer care and bring to the attention of your manager any problems that arise on an ongoing basis.
- Be responsible for and manage a calling strategy industry and geographical.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders alike.
- Present a supportive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude towards the job, the company, and your colleagues.
- Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with the role.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-driven environment. (Energy Industry experience is preferred).
- Motivated, resilient, hardworking, driven and relationship-focused with a thick skin.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejections.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
