Electrical Electronic Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Electronic Engineer to join our ATE (Automated Test Equipment) team at AWE Plc. As an Electrical Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop analogue and digital circuitry, including Euro card systems and backplane systems.
  • Develop and implement circuit board design and layout, as well as system integration.
  • Design and develop cable and harness systems, as well as National Instruments LabView software.
  • Maintain and improve existing electronic systems, including 19' rack systems and boxed / enclosed designs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant education and experience in electronic engineering, including formal education and practical experience.
  • Experience in circuit design and/or layout, as well as simulation of circuit behavior using PSpice tools.
  • Ability to follow technical procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and genuine interest in developing expertise in the electronics field.
