The key responsibilities of this position involve:

  1. Surveys & Site Inspections: Conduct thorough site inspections and surveys, gathering essential data for project success.
  2. CAD Drafting: Produce accurate CAD drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using software tools.
  3. Schedules & Specifications: Prepare comprehensive schedules of work and technical specifications for various maintenance and construction projects.
  4. Contract Administration: Assist in managing sub-consultants, contractors, and suppliers under established frameworks.
  5. Asset Management: Support senior surveyors with condition assessments, asset management evaluations, and Party Wall services.
  6. Budget Tracking: Assist with compiling project costs and tracking financial progress against approved budgets.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum reflects the value we place on our team members' skills and expertise.
