Aviation Technical Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Technical Training Instructor to join our team at Forward Assist Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to apprentices and industry professionals in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
The role will involve teaching a range of subjects, including mechanical, avionic, and composite specialties, as well as delivering EASA and UK CAA, Part 66 training courses.
As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for:
- Theoretical and practical delivery of training courses
- Examiner and Invigilator duties
- Assisting in maintenance and updating of approved training resources
We offer a competitive salary of £47,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive 25 days paid annual leave, company pension, and cycle to work scheme.
Requirements:
- Technical instructing or teaching qualification
- Appropriate qualification in aviation maintenance
- Minimum 5 years industry experience
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Clean driving licence
- Ability to satisfy an enhanced DBS check
