About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Joinery Professional to join our team at Choice Housing. This role involves working as a fully qualified Joiner to deliver efficient and responsive joinery services to our customers in the Greater Belfast area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality joinery services to meet customer expectations
  • Work efficiently and effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Joinery apprenticeship and relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 certification
  • Minimum 2 years post-apprentice experience
  • Eligibility for trade-specific CSR card
  • Able to demonstrate high-level experience and knowledge in minor building and maintenance joinery services
  • Available for out-of-hours call-out rota (1 week every 16 weeks)
  • Ability to use PDA/smartphone/mobile working device
  • Current and valid full UK driving license
