National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving commercial success, and delivering business targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute joint business plans to deliver key metrics for Kenvue and business partners.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, representing their requirements to the Kenvue business.
- Identify and progress incremental growth opportunities within the business.
- Deliver specified business targets, including sales, spend, and profit targets.
- Forecast and manage spend, making accurate forecasts to the business team and Commercial Excellence contacts.
- Experience managing an entire account or a category within a large account within the FMCG environment.
- Ability to engage customers and collaborate with Kenvue experts to create winning strategies.
- Proven success in boosting sales, profitability, and market share.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Talent for spotting sales opportunities and enhancing business effectiveness.
- Adaptability to changing business conditions and a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling business cases.
