Job Title: Warehouse Operative with FLT Nights

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for loading and unloading palletised goods from trailers, rigid vehicles, and vans using a Counterbalance forklift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Counterbalance forklift to load and unload palletised goods
  • Use the warehouse system and scanner to receive, locate, and dispatch goods
  • Replenish and consolidate stock as required
  • Perform general housekeeping and upkeep of the warehousing area and equipment
  • Complete relevant paperwork in line with warehouse processes
Requirements:
  • A current Counterbalance forklift license is preferred, although full in-house training can be provided
  • Previous experience of working within the pallet network industry
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

  • Starting salary of £28,501 per annum, based on working 45 hours per week
  • Hours of work are Monday to Friday, from 23:30hrs – 09:00hrs
