Key Holder - Part Time

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.

Purpose of the Role:

To drive sales growth by providing outstanding customer experiences and ensuring our stores are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets by showcasing our products and services with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Offer accurate and helpful information to customers about our products, including features, benefits, and availability
  • Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for our customers
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and in line with company guidelines
  • Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the store

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in the retail industry

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Good IT skills
  • Experience working in a premium fashion brand
