We are seeking an experienced Community Activities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote social interaction and well-being among our service users.



Key Responsibilities



  • Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver activity programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with service users, their families, and our staff to ensure seamless program execution and address any concerns or needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for collaboration and integrate our activities into broader care plans.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Implement and maintain robust safety protocols to mitigate risks associated with group activities, adhering to trust policies and procedures.


Requirements



  • Education: GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English is essential.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess good knowledge of craft and social activities, as well as basic health and safety principles.
