About the Role

Pyramid8 is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Wills and Probate Specialist to join our team. As a Private Client Fee-Earner, you will work closely with our Head of Department to develop your own caseload and client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Wills, applications for Grant of Probate/Representation, and Powers of Attorney using online applications with relevant authorities.
  • Ensure excellent client communication, both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Undertake fee-earning work under supervision and maintain regular fee-earning at agreed levels.
  • Take instructions from clients, perform administrative duties, and draft documents.
  • Manage diaries and ensure confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong IT and typing skills, with confidence in preparing written documents.
  • Previous experience working in a busy department.
  • Compliance with existing LEXCEL accreditation.
  • Willingness to acquire independent further qualifications, such as STEP certification or Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
