About the Role:- Provide emotional support and guidance to students with SEMH and complex needs
- Develop and implement de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement individualized support plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Relevant qualifications and experience in special educational needs or social emotional, mental health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Confidence in de-escalation strategies and robust approaches to managing challenging behaviours
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of students with SEMH and complex needs
