Our organisation is looking for a Registered Manager to lead our National Domiciliary Care Organisation in Yorkshire And The Humber.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and care.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adult social care and a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think critically and strategically.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

You will be required to work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improve outcomes for our clients.
