We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Operative at RAF Lossiemouth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained. This includes:

  • Ensuring all equipment is used and stored as necessary
  • Conducting regular checks of equipment and reporting any deficiencies
  • Assisting in linen systems
  • Carrying out extra spring/deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Using site washing machines for internal laundry
  • Following Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policy
  • Maintaining component hygiene standards
  • Responding to customer comments or complaints

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Basic H&S knowledge
  • Disclosure Scotland and Basic BPPS checks
  • Flexibility with shifts and a strong team player attitude
