Behavioural Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Behavioural Support Coordinator to join our team at Educators Wales. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-service training to schools on behaviour management, ensuring that educators have the skills and knowledge needed to support students effectively.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and other stakeholders. You will also be required to stay current with national and international developments in behaviour support, applying your knowledge to inform your practice and contribute to the development of our organisation's policies and procedures.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with local authorities and schools to promote positive behaviour support, making a tangible difference in the lives of students and their families.
