This position is responsible for identifying the necessary corrective measures for malfunctioning or degraded equipment based on maintenance history and consultations with the operations team to develop cost-efficient solutions. Key duties include coordinating the dispatch of Maintenance Technicians for conveyor system repairs and assessments, tracking repair progress, performing facility evaluations, and recognizing operational improvements to enhance package flow efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the protection of physical assets, maintenance activities, and cleanliness
  • Planning repairs and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Communicating the impact of work status on departmental timelines
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
  • Providing regulatory training to staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
  • Experience in programming with a solid understanding of troubleshooting and networking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts up to five days a week
