We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development Team at Tenpin Ltd. As a Regional Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering training and development programs to our teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our teams, incorporating a blended learning approach that includes digital tools, workshops, and coaching.
- Monitor and review trainee progress, providing feedback and measuring outcomes to enhance the training.
- Conduct site-based observation visits to identify training needs and uphold company standards.
- Manage administrative tasks to maintain accurate training records and systems.
- Proven experience in coaching and developing colleagues, with a strong track record of achieving objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of the latest tools and resources for successful training.
- Bowling operation knowledge and familiarity with CPL and Attensi are desirable.
