An exciting opportunity to work with a leading Project Delivery Organisation, focused on delivering fast-paced and complex Engineering Systems to government and commercial clients. This role involves Whole Life Cycle Project Management, from concept to Through Life Support of equipment. G3 Systems' reputation is built on customer-focused project delivery and ingenuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Engineering Projects, ensuring contractual deliverables are met.
  • Oversee resources and programs to ensure projects are delivered on time, to cost, and meet key performance indicators.
  • Ensure overall safety, quality, and technical responsibilities for project-related activities.
  • Manage delegated financial responsibilities for projects.
  • Initiate and maintain project risk registers.
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with project stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Lead multi-disciplined project teams.
  • Provide timely technical and budgetary reports as required.

Business Development Support: Provide support for new project bids.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Project Management qualification, preferably Association of Project Management.
  • Recognised Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Qualification, minimum C&G level.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years' experience in a Project Management role.
  • Project and programme scheduling.
  • Planning and Programme Management.
  • Experience working within the defence industry.
  • Reliable, presentable, and good timekeeping.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
