Dental Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Special Care Dental Nurse to join our team at North West Kilmarnock Area Centre. As a key member of our dental team, you will provide comprehensive clinical support to our clinicians, assisting with dental treatments and maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support to clinicians, including assisting with dental treatments and preparing dental materials.
- Maintain control of infection procedures in the dental surgery and other locations.
- Provide reception duties and administrative support to clinicians.
Requirements:
- Registration with the General Dental Council.
- National Certificate in Dental Nursing or Oral Health Care Dental Nursing SVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Current and relevant chair side experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
Working Hours:
37 hours per week.
Fixed Term/Secondment:
This is a fixed term/secondment for 12 months.
UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
UK driving licence/car ownership is essential for this role.
