Job Title: FMCG IT Business Partner

Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled FMCG IT Business Partner to act as a key conduit between the commercial business and technology. This individual will need to hold a broad technical background, ideally have experience of working within both a Project and BAU environment, and have a hugely commercial mindset.

The successful candidate will understand how technology can be utilised to allow an FMCG business better access their customers/clients, what technology needs to be in place to assist sales teams, how to best utilise CRMs to allow for this and more.

This is a Team Leader role, and you will also be leading a small team of 3 talented FTE, guiding the team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key conduit between the commercial business and technology
  • Hold a broad technical background and commercial mindset
  • Understand how technology can be utilised to allow an FMCG business better access their customers/clients
  • Lead a small team of 3 talented FTE

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of commercial processes
  • Experience and understanding of the Route to Customer
  • Broad understanding of IT systems and controls
  • Experience leading others, or acting as senior with the ability to 'move up'
  • Strong communication skills
