About the Role

This part-time passenger care specialist position involves supporting children with special educational needs during transport, maintaining a calm environment, and addressing any behavioral or emotional needs that may arise.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting children in boarding and alighting from the vehicle
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards passengers
  • Providing support for passengers with special needs, such as autism or ADHD

This role requires a high level of patience, empathy, and communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the transport team to ensure the smooth running of our services.
