At Vision for Education - Kent, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at a large inclusive Primary School in Folkestone.
About the Role:This full-time position involves assisting with lesson planning and delivery, supporting pupils with additional needs, and contributing to a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:- HLTA Qualification (level 4 or higher)
- Knowledge of the national curriculum
- Ability to support children with diverse learning needs including SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to working with children and adults
- Excellent daily rates paid weekly using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system
- Pension contributions subject to a qualifying period
- FREE training to support professional development such as Team Teach training, online webinars, and safeguarding updates
