Junior CAD Designer/Office Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a CAD Designer and Office Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our design and administrative processes, ensuring that our team has the necessary support to work efficiently.
This is a trainee role that will provide superb training and all the benefits of working within a small company. The position could suit someone seeking their first or second job within a furniture design company.
The ideal candidate will have a 2:2 or above in a relevant design-based degree and experience of working with CAD software to create technical drawings and renders. They will also be confident in talking on the telephone and providing good customer service, as well as being able to conduct showroom appointments with customers.
We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a great attention to detail. The successful candidate will be process-driven and able to use initiative when required, and will be able to follow processes already set in place by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and administrative processes
- Assist with CAD software and technical drawings
- Provide excellent customer service
- Conduct showroom appointments with customers
- Develop strong communication skills
