Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team at our Oxted clinic. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-of-House Reception Duties: Greet patients, manage appointments, handle phone calls and queries, and provide general administrative support.
  
• Patient Care: Provide a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring patients feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
  

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• Previous Front-of-House Experience: Ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential.
  
• A Positive Attitude: Empathetic, well-organized, and motivated to deliver exceptional patient care.
  
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  
• Passion for Building Relationships: Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and committed to exceptional standards of care.

Location and Working Hours

Our Oxted clinic is conveniently located near Oxted railway station, offering easy access to public transport. The typical shift pattern is Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 08:30-17:30, with part-time hours of 24 hours per week over 3 days.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
