Job Title: CNC Milling Programmer and Setter

Essential Results Limited is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Programmer and Setter to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and supervising the operation of CNC machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programming and setting 4-axis VMCs using Fanuc control
  • Programming robotic loading systems (training provided)
  • Documenting methods, tooling, and creating setup sheets
  • Leading a team of machine operators and being the point of contact for the production department
  • CAM Milling Programming generation (ideally familiar with Fusion360) with the ability and confidence to post out to each machine
Requirements:
  • Experienced with a thorough understanding of CNC programming using Fanuc control
  • The ability to review and update current processes and problem solve
  • Excellent knowledge of how to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Experience with Fusion 360 or similar CAD and CAM applications
  • Demonstrable supervisory experience within a CNC machining and production environment
