Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Crew member to join our team at Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. As a Store Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and attractive, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Warmly welcome guests, provide outstanding service, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Product Preparation: Prepare and present high-quality beverages, breads, and sandwiches in line with established recipes and standards.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the back-of-house and sales areas.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure stock levels are sufficient in both the counter and sales areas.

Requirements:
