We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at a charitable organisation in Lincoln. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, including mobility and continence care.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience working in a social care environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
