Conveyancing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Atkinson Moss in Norwich.

This role offers a unique chance for an individual with Conveyancing experience to further develop their knowledge and skills in a supportive environment.

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting fee earners with administrative and conveyancing-related tasks, including:

  • Assisting with the Conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion.
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients and solicitors.
  • Conducting searches, managing files, and keeping files up to date.
  • Assisting with post-completion tasks, such as submitting applications to the Land Registry and SDLT returns.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and company policies.
