About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for skilled Assembly Operatives to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of parts and components, fabrication and fitting of plastic parts, and use of various hand tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components according to engineering diagrams and instructions
- Fabricate and fit plastic parts as required
- Use various hand tools to complete tasks
- Work accurately and efficiently to meet production targets
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Assembly skills and ability to follow instructions
- Good dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read engineering diagrams
