Wilson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Health and Safety Compliance Specialist to join its team, providing expert support to ensure a safe working environment across the organization. As a Health and Safety Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing health and safety policies, conducting regular risk assessments, and promoting a culture of compliance throughout the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
* Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement health and safety plans, goals, and objectives.
* Conduct investigations into incidents and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
* Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities, including training, inspections, and incident reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification in health and safety management.
* Proven experience in health and safety management, including risk assessments, auditing, and compliance.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.

**Benefits:**

As a Health and Safety Compliance Specialist with Wilson Recruitment Ltd, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £16 per hour, paid on a pro-rata basis for 25 hours of work per week. You will also receive 28 days of paid holiday per year, including bank holidays, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
