Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for leading best practice in health and safety across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the senior team to ensure robust HSE processes are embedded in the core of the organization.
  • Act as the company's subject matter expert for all HSE matters, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
  • Develop and implement safety initiatives to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Monitor and enforce relevant safety rules and statutory safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with external advisors to ensure the organization is working to current best practice for health and safety.
  • Chair the Safety Committee and lead the development of safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and training to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

This is a site-based role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The business is flexible regarding start and finish times.
