Systems Architecture Lead

Based in High Wycombe, we are seeking an experienced Systems Architect to lead our engineering projects.
This is a high-profile opportunity to manage complex systems and oversee the requirements management process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that project goals are met and that system requirements align with these objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to gather, define, and document system requirements.
- Ensure that these requirements align with the project goals.
- Manage and prioritise changes to requirements, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
- Integrate requirements into the overall systems engineering process for effective communication across teams.
- Effectively use the relevant requirements management tools to organize, track, and ensure traceability of requirements.
- Analyse and validate requirements for completeness, feasibility, and quality.
- Provide insights during design reviews to evaluate the impact of requirements on system architecture and functionality.
- Participate in meetings to help shape project direction with your expertise.
- Keep documentation organized according to procedures and industry best practices.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
