About Us

Countrystyle Recycling is a leading waste management company providing commercial waste disposal, management, and recycling services to businesses across Kent, London, and the South East. Our mission is to help businesses reduce their environmental impact while lowering waste disposal costs.

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee daily contracted tasks and ensure maximum productivity while minimizing service failure and resident complaints. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring efficient daily service organization and staffing levels.
  • Monitoring Whitespace/IT systems and addressing performance issues.
  • Liaising with the fleet manager to address breakdowns.
  • Reporting service issues to the Operations Manager.
  • Ensuring staff training and safe equipment operation.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in waste management services, particularly in local authority, and knowledge of environmental service vehicles and maintenance practices. A Class 2 HGV license with up-to-date driver CPC is also required.

Estimated Salary: £44,904.60 per annum
