Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd. in Pembroke. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  2. Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Provide guidance and support to site management teams on health and safety matters, including risk assessments and incident investigations.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement environmental management systems and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
  5. Deliver health and safety training to employees and contractors, including inductions, refresher training, and specialized training on specific hazards.
  6. Conduct investigations into incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  7. Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with health and safety management systems and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with health and safety and environmental regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on health and safety matters.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the oil and gas or power station industry.
  • Internal auditor qualification (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) preferred.
  • IOSH qualification preferred.
  • Valid driving license.
