About the Role:

As a seasoned technical leader, you will guide the agency's technical direction, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and client needs. You will lead a talented team, oversee scalable solution architecture, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Technical Strategy: Set the agency's technical vision and ensure alignment with client requirements.
  2. Architect Innovative Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable solutions.
  3. Mentor and Develop Teams: Inspire and support technical leads, promoting continuous improvement.
  4. Engage Commercially: Collaborate on proposals, articulating complex concepts effectively.
  5. Ensure Technical Governance: Uphold coding standards and best practices to deliver quality outcomes.
  6. Optimise Processes: Enhance internal tools and workflows for improved efficiency.
  7. Oversee Security Compliance: Work with the Platform team to ensure AWS infrastructure is secure and cost-effective.
