The Law Society is committed to supporting the growth and development of its members in Wales. As our Legal Sector Engagement Adviser, you will play a key role in this effort, working to understand the needs of members and identifying opportunities for engagement and collaboration.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement engagement plans to promote awareness of specific member issues.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including active law societies, universities, and junior lawyers.
  • Contribute to content for communications teams by attending events and gathering stories.

We require someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the legal sector, and a passion for promoting the interests of solicitors in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Law Society team and contribute to the development of the member offer. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
