Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursery Nurse to join our team of educators. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for providing essential personal care and emotional support to young children aged 3-5. Your expertise in early childhood development will be instrumental in shaping their foundational learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a creative, EYFS-aligned curriculum to promote early development and milestones.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive environment that celebrates every child's growth and progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers to track developmental milestones and adapt to each child's unique needs.
  • Engage with parents, maintaining open communication to support children's well-being and learning.

Requirements

  • Rlevant Nursery Nurse qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Experience in providing personal care within an educational setting.
  • Passion for early childhood development and a patient, nurturing approach.
  • Strong communication skills to work closely with colleagues and families.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
