The Retail Sales Representative plays a vital role in achieving store objectives by creating an unforgettable shopping journey for customers. This is accomplished through exceptional customer service and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of store presentation and operations. The representative embodies the brand's image through their appearance, product knowledge, and lifestyle representation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Ensures an outstanding level of service is provided to every customer, treating them with dignity and ensuring they leave with a positive impression.

• Product Expertise: Acquires comprehensive knowledge of the products available, including their design, quality, and features.

• Visual Presentation: Upholds merchandising standards in line with brand expectations.

• Operational Excellence: Adheres to all operational protocols as directed by management. Remains vigilant regarding store security and loss prevention, reporting any issues promptly. Maintains cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store, including the stockroom. Takes responsibility for personal health and safety, as well as that of colleagues and customers. Reports any stock discrepancies or quality concerns as they arise. Ensures that merchandise is effectively displayed on the sales floor and restocked as necessary. Oversees that all incoming deliveries are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Market Awareness: Stays informed about current market trends and the brand's positioning within the industry.

Job Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 months of retail experience, preferably with a fashion or lifestyle brand, or alternatively,

• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (such as hospitality or service industries).

• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about retail, with a passion for fashion and the brand.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Diligent and adaptable, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.

• Positive attitude towards customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Eager to learn and develop professionally.

• Proficiency in the local language.

• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.

• Familiarity with social media and digital trends.
