Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our Residential Service in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and choice.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users, following care plans and guidelines.
  • Participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.
  • Assist with personal care, including varying levels of support.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required, but a caring nature and resilience are essential.
  • Must be a driver due to the location.
  • Happy to provide personal care.
